Default the only problem is JON

I continue to say I LOVE JON'S VOICE, HIS TONE i think he's (was) a great great great singer and i like him even right now that his voice turn it down a lot.......BUT.....i think the way BON JOVI have choosen for the new arrangements and for their 2 previously albums musically it's because JON'S VOICE which can't get a decent high note anymore and that really doesn't fit good in a rock contest so they have to turn down their instruments and slow down everything.....
instead of this RICHIE who is older than JON continues to improve his voice and even if he's 44 he can sing BED OF ROSES a 3rd higher than jon.....WOW at least we can let him support jon in the choruses more than they do....

Have you seen them live recently? He may not be what he used to be, but he certainly is not all that bad.

Hmmm.. this is a pretty tough thought to make.... I wouldn't insinuate those things unless I am a 100% sure...

The only problem is Jon... hmmm.... to many outsiders JBJ = BJ... for example every radio / tv station in Belgium... Take Jon's main leading role away.. and there won't be that much left (OKAY for the fans there WILL be a whole lot left, but not to the outside world I'm afraid) ... And BTW: I like Jon

One thing though about Jon's voice: he should definitely stop smoking...

As for what Richie's voice concerns... i don't mind him singing parts of Jovi songs, but i don't think he should take over .. I like Richie as a backing vocal and Jon as the lead singer, and that's the way it should stay.. Jon's voice is the main reason for me for liking BJ.. this is JUST a matter of opinion... who's voice you like the most... but i would have never been a fan of BJ if Richie was the lead vocalist..

I don't think that Jon not being able to sing high notes anymore is the reason for using computer drum loops and stuff like this and recording songs with no tempo.

i ve sen them 4 times in the last 3 years and i don 't say he is a bad singer or something like that i just guess that because he has not a large vocal range anymore his voice fits better into the new slower stuff than into a some hard/rock stuff.......and that s why we' ll never heard from them great rock stuff

Not a large vocal range, yet live he still sings all of that "Rock" stuff that you mention. Prayer, Faith, Bad Medicine, You Give Love a Bad Name, so what the heck are you talking about?

I agree with you RockerFan about Jon's voice.
You are talking about a FACT! It's not your personal opinion, but I'm not sure this is the reason why they rearrange their hits they way they've done in TLFR.
