Ok!I said already a few times that I like the snippets.
But it isn't just me. I played them now to 6 of my friends that are Stones or Floyd or Springsteen fans and they all said they rock. One of them even said It's the best thing bon Jovi have evr done. All of them know everything by Bon Jovi. And some of them were really huge fans before Crush.So i just wanted to say:that's cool.
Some of you said they are POP. but if POP like this can bring back the old fans...than it's all right with me!!!

I don't say it's POP btw!!!

Cool... We'll see what's gonna happen.

I, for one, is proud of the band for doing this. And after listening to the snippets, I also proud of their decision to remove the new songs since they really don't fit the idea of the record and were only included to make sure old fans buy the record. By removing 2 new songs the band showed they care about the idea of the project itself more than they care about the sales, or pissing some fans off. I'm very proud of them for doing such a drastic thing.

that was unfair. They should have never told there will be new songs omn the record. i don't think they did it for any reason but one that the record company came up with!

110% agree...it isnt pop at all, far far from it, and every post ive done on it ive tried ot put a positve spin on it, so now im gonna go smoke a pipe and enjoy the album i love the jazzy, almost country raw style to it, every1 is different, and i totally respect that, but im one fan veyr much proud by the snippets and the band as musicians.

The label would have removed the songs way earlier. Don't you think so? Not 3 weeks before the release (and after the press release was issued already).

I was so pissed off at first about their decision to remove the songs. But now I think that it was admirable...They made a mistake by including them originally but corrected it by removing them at the last moment. It only shows how strongly the band feels about this project. They want to get it right. They even risked losing some of their die-hard fans and hurting the sales. (A lot of people would have bought this only because of 2 new songs. I guess that's why they were originally included. But they don't fit this project.)

Im with you on this these new clips are good the only one im not sure about is the living on a prayer one not cause of the song but the womans voice through i may get used to it........eventually. The rest i like but so far wanted sticks out as the best of the bunch. :P

well for me wanted went from being the anthem to a heap of shit BUT i like everything else...i think, im trying not to listen to it too much

Yesterday I was very disappointed, but now I was listening to the snippets again and I'm actually starting to like more songs. Some I know I won't like, but others I'm getting to "understand". Born to be my baby doesn't sound way too bad...

And, yes, I agree the band is proud of this. It must be very interesting for a musician to play with songs, etc. Still, I'd expect them to know that it's quite a shock to hear a Backstreet-Boys version of Wanted...

Anyway, I'm starting to leave disappointment behind and feeling very curious about the album

Im beginning to like the snippets also.. When I first heard them I thought for the first time that Bon Jovi lost it now I'm beginning to like the snippets... A LOT!
