As far as I know the movie was planned but never filmed.

The movie was in the works between Jon and Jerry Bruckheimer (who did Armageddon). It was going to be based around a bar band and Jon was going to help them develop the story and star in it. It didn't work out and Jon has said that he's glad about that. He didn't give any details, but he was asked about if it was going to be done in a chat and said something to the effect of "No, thank God." He was also going to do a movie called Original Sin (not the same one that came out recently) but that one didn't work out either to which *I* say "Thank God" because it was a Joe Esterhaus film (he did Showgirls and, I think, Fatal Attraction).
