Lol, that makes me remember a funny thing. A friend of mine arranged IML for our band and didn't have the lyrics then. So he wrote what he had heard and instead of "Better stand tall..." he wrote "Wednesday town...". Well, I really don't know why he has heard it and what it was supposed to mean...What the hell is a Wednesday Town?

ktf, Johannes

Not particularly funny, but until I *upgraded* from cassette to cd and got lyrics, I thought "you're a loaded gun" from You Give Love A Bad Name was "your love is gone".

ROFL, those were hysterical! :P

For the longest time I always thought that in Blaze of Glory, "colt in your stable" was "I'm a gold digger who's able" - yes, I know it makes no sense!

There is one other, but I don't think I can post it here. It is from Bitter Wine, maybe some of you will know what line I am referring to. For the longest time I did not hear what he was ACTUALLY saying! I actually heard something cleaner!

I think I heard the same thing you did when I first heard that song, because I also thought he said something cleaner-then I heard it on another set of speakers. Bit of a surprise.

LOL, those sound really great

I can't really remember what I heard wrong, Jon's NJ accent made it sometimes really hard to understand the lyrics!
