Default Anyone else on a Bon Jovi diet?

Aloha !

A friend of mine send me this, she copied it from backstage. If you're in for a laugh, read this. I knew backstagers are pathetic, but I really have no words for this.

This is a strange question but is any one else going on a diet for the forth coming BJ tour?

I've put some weight on during the past 2 years and am trying to lost it by going to the gym but its going very slowly....

BUT i've just tried on a bon jovi skinny top that i bought on the hyde park concert (that did just fit) and my sambora top (thats always been a bit tight)and i cant fit into them i've been saving them for the tour!

Now i have to aim to fit in them by the time they come to the UK!!! i know it might sound easy but its really not. I think i got to lose 2 stone to lose to fit into either of them!

My new diet is called the bon jovi diet, anytime i feel like some pizza or chocolate or missing the gym am going to listen to bon jovi and think about the tour!

i have an aim! will i get there thats another story but i will try

Count me in on the Bon Jovi diet.
I am definitely not in tour shape - - just started today!

We'll see how I make out - I may join that weight loss thread in the "Other" forum for some Jovi support!

I am going back on my "Bon Jovi" diet too! LOL! After my surgery I will. My suggestion to you is, since you metioned that you are losing slowly, you are probably hitting a "Plateau". You may need to make some food changes and change your routine that you do at the gym. That usualyl helps break the plateau.

You should check out the weight loss thread in the "other" section that crazycrusi posted.

I am up for it too. Count me in.

We will have to be, like, Jovi Diet Buddies. Sounds good though, we can all keep an eye on each other.

I am starting tomorrow then, to late to start today, already pigged out mega.

Up for this.

LOL Sorry that I have to laugh. Not about you, but because of the headline! I lost 4 pounds JUST BECAUSE I couldn't eat much and didn't sleep well UNTIL I FINALLY got my Amsterdam ticket. My nerves were blank! So this WAS my Bon Jovi diet and I even didn't need one

I go on a diet every time there is a Bon Jovi tour looming. I'm really going all out and trying to lose 4 stone this time. Then I will weigh less than I have for a very long time, like back to when I was a teenager. Hopefully this time I will manage to keep my weight down once the tour is over but that's another story altogether !

I started last November and although I haven't stuck to it all that time I have lost almost 2 stone so far (28 lbs) Now the tour is getting so close I am really working hard at losing that second two stone. I hope I manage it by the time they come to the UK.
So, anyone else on a Bon Jovi diet? Those people really are pathetic. A Bon Jovi diet. I mean, what the fvck?

Salaam Aleikum,
Sebastiaan

Cool

this i think is the sickest thing i've EVER heard in my entire lifetime! bon-jovi-tour-diet; my favourite line is "you may have to make some changes in what you eat" (or whatever she said) this is just great! love it...

If that's the motivation they need to lose weight or get fit or whatever then good for them. I wouldn't go telling people though because they really do come accross as very silly. Backstage is always a good laugh.

Aloha !

Maybe Kieets is somewhere in Marijke and is a diet the reason to get him out of her.

Yup they'll all be getting shape to run to the barriers when the doors open whooppee. If the only thing that motivates you to lose weight is a band then its pretty sad IMO...

holy poo! its funny but also stupid...
surely the biggest motivation for losing weight should be for ur health, not to look good for a band that are all married anyway?

JBJ - I believe
