Default Is this a real Bon Jovi Album?

I was just browsing in the local market today and i came across a album called 'Bon Jovi Acoustic Gems'. It's label is pablo records (sounds kinda dodgy) and has the following tracklist-

1)These Days - London, Maida Vale Studios, March 5, 1996
2)I'll Sleep when i'm Dead
3)Livin' on a Prayer
4)Wanted Dead or Alive
5)Someday I'll Be a Saturday Night - NYC, Hard Rock Cafe, October 28,1995
6)Bridge over troubled water - Washington, Lifeboat Concert, October 12,1996
7)Imagine/Give peace a chance - Cleveland, Rock N Roll Hall of Fame, September 2, 1996
Love for Sale - Miami, 1992
9)Blood on Blood - Madrid, Cadena Studios, Nov 19,1992
10)Diamond Ring - Seoul, Olympic Stadium, May 10, 1995
11)Help - London 1993
12)Every word was a piece of my heart
13)Destination Anywhere
14)Not fade away - JBJ Live, Tokyo, Ebisu, July 12, 1997
15)Runaway - Osaka, Dome, March 31, 2000

Can anyone tell if this is an official Bon Jovi CD or just a bootleg?

Somebody has just compiled that CD out of various acoustic versions of the songs.

Never heard of it, it's bootleg
Although didn't BJ have some demo's stolen from theri bags at an airport around 95/96? -Most of the songs on there would fit in with it being around that time
