Default Ever The Same = DA
I've heard Rob Thomas's new single, Ever The Same, quite a bit in the past few days and have been trying to think what it reminds me of. Heard it the other day, and was instantly reminded of the Destination Anywhere album. The music (esp. guitar) is especialy reminiscent of, say "Staring At Your Window..." or "Little City." Anyone else agree?

just listened to it .. like this song alot but i'm not hearing the similarities.. okay maybe a little bit with Staring at your window...what part are you talking about the chorus or the verses? i can hear a little in the chorus

I've heard the song and like it but at least on a few listens I don't hear any DA similarities.

A lot of the music, especially the guitar, has a very DA sort of vibe, IMO. The same sort of atmosphere.
