Default Jon Bon Jovi on Virgin Radio

Did anyone hear Virgin Radio in the UK at about 7:30 this morning?
Jon Bon Jovi rang in live from Philadelphia to say thanks for playing 'Keep The Faith' to open the new Virgin Radio breakfast show the day before, and chat about the tour. Was quite cool. Was amusing afterwards when Virgin Radio used the fact that Jon mentioned the second Wembley date as a news exclusive on the 8:00am news. They seemed to think that Jon telling them this made it a "Virgin Radio Exclusive". Wasn't this announced last week?
Anyway, was also surprised to hear that the reason Jon knew about them playing 'Keep The Faith' the day before was that he'd been reading fan club forum posts yesterday. God knows how true it is, but it's nice to see that the band are aware somehow.

JBJ - I believe

"Sambora's face is a mask of joyous disbelief, as if previously unaware of his ability to play the instrument at all. Reaching the last fistful of notes, he does a fair impression of a man who is actually ejaculating into his jet black flares."

google news had up a report from Virgin about the second date on the 19th, so anyone who checks google news or Virgin's news would know, not just mailing list people

Good to see there is one good national radio station that plays Bon Jovi in the UK, if I had of known about Jon being on I might of tuned in but considering I was up late last night I more than likely woulda slept on in bed.

Thanks for the link, bud. I will listen to this when I get home tonight. I think Jon only called up to do a spot of promo work for the new show!
