The first link is from the promo stuff they did in September, the last four are new though. Well not exactly new, but after the Jap shows.

-Looks like they'd intended to do more TD songs before Richie was hurt. Europe's gunna get some killer setlists.

at some point, Jon says that it was bascially him who wrote One Last Cigarette. Dave just "got" the concept and blah blah. Wait, I listen to it again and quote his words.
