Default Next Month Classic Rock Mag (UK)

Next month Classic Rock are doing a feature on Bon Jovi; more specifically, SWW, as it has been twenty years since release. Judging by the way it has been advertised at the back of this month's edition, it looks like it will be a fairly substantial piece

On sale May 31 so keep a look out

I buy Classic Rock pretty regularly so this will definitely end up on my shopping list! Ah yes, twenty years... Worth celebrating for sure!

Why do Classic Rock keep reguritating stuff about the past but can't manage an interview in 2006?
They've already done stuff about the New Jersey era and now this. I can guarantee their will be no new quotes from the band and how they look back on Slippery etc. They will just dig up old quotes from Kerrang and Classic Rock that we've all read a thousand times before!

yeah totally, but its even worse with some other bands. At least every 3 months theres a feature on Nirvanas Nevermind, or GNR's Appetite in some publication wether its kerrang,Q,Classic rock, metal hammer etc, and it just gets so bloody tirseome as these bands are now defunct but still we have to hear about the same crap time and time again. At least BJ have still got current material, which i would personally be far more interested in.

because it'S classic ROCK and what BON JOVI are doing now is plain POP, that's why.
Beside, I had a Metal Hammer not long ago which was celebrating 20 years since Metallica's MASTER OF PUPPETS and it was really nice. I like this type of tributes and SLIPPERY WHEN WET really deserves it for it's one of the greatest rock records of all time. The Bounces and the hands should all be hidden somewhere so nobody ever sees/hears them again

God your a miserable git. Are you Seb in disguise?!

I wouldn't mind, if they spoke to the band now and got a retrospective from them on the whole 80's era, but instead they dig up old quotes from the past.
It makes the mag a rip off.

Once loved? So no one who has anything negative to say doesn't love them anymore?

Good Lord, I must hate them by now.
