any politician knows that can happen any time they are on a platform. im sure hes heard a lot worse than that. to call it a chorus of boos is over the top.

It definitely was a chorus of boos.

He had to start his speech three times, to be heard over the crowd booing him. I didn't think that the boos were called for, especially since he wasn't there as a political speaker.

That being said, he must've expected something like that. Still, it felt a bit embarrassing the way the crowd booed him. But it was spontaneous.

How convenient though that neither Bon Jovi's induction nor their performance was mentioned. Not a particularly good piece of (objective) journalism, this one.
