"stood their ground" - didn't give in to something/someone

"luck ain't even lucky" - not sure about this line, but probably referring to "make your own break", you can't rely on luck

"calling you out" - offering you a fight

9, fake hair

the complete line would be "and some blond gave me nightmares, think that she's still in my bed"
I'd say he slept with a blonde girl and has a bad dream about her still lying in his bed. (But I'm not a native speaker either, so maybe I'm wrong)
