Default Wembley1995/Yokohama 1996 - Over Rated!

Been watching my Wembley 1995/Yokohama 1996(DVDs)recently and wonder'd what all the fuss is about over these shows.

Me personally i thought both shows were ranging from 3 - 3.5

Wembley:The first half of the show was amazing! But after the preformance of Always the quality dropped,Jons voice was used up,The band was tired.

Yokohama: Dont know if it's just me but i really thought the band was just walking through the motions that night.

The band made quite a few mistakes, plus a lot of songs just sound off , They really was bland and lifeless.

.What is everybodys Top 3 - 5 shows?

(We all know that there were superior shows produced to the one's we have on DVD)

ahahahahahahaha

ahem, scuse me.

But wtf are you smoking?! Wembley show in particular, wtf are you on about? The performance is top notch, right up to This aint a love song at the end, and if you watch the complete uncut show and see Dry county etc aswell and still maintain that its a poor performance, you're clearly mad.

I think youl be in the minority on this one.

Yokohoma is a good show too, has its moments.

The question is, if you dont think what is considered the band on top form to be any good, what DO you like? And you must think the Crush tour DVD and everything else since is even worse judging by this standard.

Like i said, i think your a bit mad.

I was at the Wembley show in '95 and I have to disagree with the first poster. The show rocked, Dry county was awesome, Richie singing Stranger in This Town. This Ain't a Love Song and an amazing performance of Lay your hands on me.

The atomosphere was electric, the best of the shows I've seen since then.

Oh come on now, be a man and support your opinion! There will be no thread closing.

You really should answer what you think makes a great show.
