Default RS & JBJ action figures, they will look like this

http://toynewsi.com/index.php?itemid=11094

According to the homepage they come out in August.

Just in case someone is interested. According to someone on the Backstage forum they already should be pre-orderable at ebay with buy it now. I don't know for how much though.

Those were actually really really good!
I'm might get one JBJ and RS depending on the price... They would be perfect under the review and pics from the Munich gig :P

Just saw on Ebay that the price wasn't high at all I'm going to buy my first action figures in august that's for sure

They look better than I thought they would. The detail is just fantastic. And I'm glad to see them done in the current time rather than the 80's.

Are these figures the type of collectibles where you're supposed to keep them in the box packaged?

I've got to say I'm a little disappointed. I'll definetly buy them, but they weren't what I was hoping for. I'd been hoping for Live From London era. I've got one of Slash from early GNR period and that's just amazing. I might get a little more excited if they do a boxset of the two with a joint base or something.

Btw, Slash only cost me £12.99 from Virgin, so that should be around the price you are looking to pay. If you are quoted anymore than £20 then continue looking.

They were bound to do figures as they are now rather than in the past. They probably only done Slash as he was because he's less famous these days and the 'look' from GNR is how he is best known.

The Richie figure is awesome. I do not like the Jon one...the head/hair is high - something doesnt look right there. And the clothes are a bit boring..not very rock and roll! They should of picked the black leather outfit or something vaguely cool looking.

I'll probably buy the Richie one for the novelty value! Can't see me playing with it too much like....

JBJ - I believe

"Sambora's face is a mask of joyous disbelief, as if previously unaware of his ability to play the instrument at all. Reaching the last fistful of notes, he does a fair impression of a man who is actually ejaculating into his jet black flares."
