OK, right now I m reall ****ed up and pissed and couldnt bother to listen to Pearl Jam, so I turned Bounce on... Its ****ing great!

Bounce, Everyday, Hook Me Up, Love Me Back To Life, they all have some reall great energy that just lifts me up. And this is not the first time I noticed that...

Undivided, The Distance, Joey, Misunderstood, Right Side of Wrong, and Bounce are all really good IMO.
The rest are mediocre for the most part.

I like the album in general - nothing spectacular, but solid enough.

Flows poorly throught the running order. The songs are solid though.

Some good songs, but along with 7800 Degrees, a lousy Jovi album and certainly one I never listen to.

I don't listen to many songs off of Bounce that much. The only songs I liked were Undivided, Everyday, The Distance, and Bounce.

IMO, Bounce has some great songs but it's very poor as "an album", the opposite happens with Hand that has some weaker songs that fits better as a whole.

I was just listening to this album today after a long time. The problem with the album is the flow of it.

The first five songs are brilliant and flow perfectly then the flow of the album collapses. The only sub standard songs on the album are AALY and YHMFH but the whole second half the album is a mess. The songs taken on their own are perfectly great but one unit they don't work at all.

Great songs, not so great an album.

Oh, and the other big problem is the production. Way to over produced. Every song on the record sounds significantly better live (with the exception of LMBTL, OAN and AALY which wasn't properly played live). When they are fleshed out and stripped down they work so much better.

I think the thread should be 'Bounce could have been a really good album'

If they had been a bit more gutsy and mabe included songs like 'Another reason to believe' & 'Standing'

There are of course many other songs which never made this album to chose from.

There is also a much better cut of 'Misunderstood' which sounds heavier and is slightly longer, this was the single version.

As for the ballads, I don't think they fit too well with this album. They could have tried something really different and not had any, giving the album a more aggressive feel.
