Haha, I was gonna make this thread.

Yeah, I was watching it while babysitting round my brothers. I was like "WOW!" when they said they'd be singing it. My 9-year-old nephew was like "Bon Jovi's then singers you love, auntie!" Haha. Anyway, sadly I didn't really like it much. Don't get me wrong, I totally appreciate it. What with all the different harmonies and such - it was clever/talented. But let's say, it wasn't really my "thing". Very weird, and I thought quite off at some parts too. It's always brilliant when Jovi are performed, though. It's nice they still get the recognition.

Now the ones in pink on the other hand. They were excellant, and that main man had a fantasic voice, IMO. I hope that they win. I've never even seen this show before though, and probably won't even bother tomorrow, lol. I only watched it because it was all that was really on, while babysitting.

I couldn't watch it. I can't stand these glorified talent shows... it was bad enough at school, with people you know and you cringing for them. These guys can sing, given, but that is something I would do with my mates drunk and then burst into hysterics because it's so ridiculous. Classical music - fine. Rock music - fine. Mix the two together? Change the channel please.

Because you don't have a television license for BBC.
Mind you £140 for shows like this, you're saving valuable cash. Especially when we're all 'feeling the pinch'..... does that phrase piss anyone else off? Are people not capable of using any other phrase?

ME TOO! It's pretty high in my list of phrases I can't stand (yes, I made a list...)
I'm not a huge fan of these types of shows to be honest- I think now the BBC are really scraping the barrel for new ideas. But hey, it'll be interesting to watch and see how they sang it...

Ditto - and once again the networks wonder why we download torrents.
