so, in direct response to the other thread, are there any songs which are huuge hits that everyone loves but you can't get why that is? Bon Jovi songs I mean!

It's My Life - the beginning of the end of Bon Jovi. A big step in the wrong direction. Pop-shit and sucks live. Why die-hards like it I can't really understand.

Prayer - not a bad song but not very overrated and definitely not as good as people make it seem. At least it can be quite good live.

Born To Be My Baby - the worst song Bon Jovi released as a single. Maybe only topped by She Don't Know Me. Yeah, it's catchy, but it's shit really.

Lie To Me - no idea if people like this one, but it's the most boring ballad I have ever heard

Whoa, whoa, this is probably one of my favorite BJ songs. I 'am going to turn it around now; I don't know how anyone cannot like this one, it's so powerful and raw the drums the guitar etc... but thats the whole point of this thread. Also for IML and Prayer, I understand where your coming from, but I just never really got tired of them even live, there such big anthems.

God you guys are crazy. Diamond Ring is an amazing song, yes it is slow but it fits perfectly with the CD, my friend and I played that at the talent show (I was lead guitar) and everyone loved it, except for the rap fans.

I don't think there is one for me. I may not *love* them, but I do like even the over-produced hits and/or wannabe hits - It's My Life, Everyday, Lost Highway...

IMO, It's My Life would still be one helluva song if not for the many clones (and over-play-age).

Oh YES! If I had to choose one, it would be Bad Medicine. Fun live - I always love the performance of it, but the song itself is just sucky.

EDIT: Bed Of Roses as well. Good vocals and verses, but the rest is shit.
