Default Best Album- Vocals

Hey People!

Which album do you think features Jon's best vocal performance overall? Me, I have to say Keep The Faith. I Believe, Keep The Faith, Bed Of Roses, and especially Dry County- they're all incredible!

I reckon Jon's voice has improved as he has got older so i will say Keep the Faith too. But they are fantastic in all albums. Bounce comes a close second!!

I say These Days I think they are the vocals I like the most . But I think that Jon vocals change with the different styles on different albums and his style of singing seems to fit in whether it be hard, loud vocals or soft, slow vocals.

I would tend to agree that Jon's voice has gotten better as he's got older, hence the reason I voted for KTF.

I voted for Bounce because Jon keeps getting better as a singer. There's a control and maturity that he has now that he didn't have so much of in 1984. It's not that sounds as drastically different as someone like Elton John when you compare his early and current work, but you can hear the maturity. He's got such a range in his voice that he can sing almost any style and sound great doing it. That versatility is such an asset for him and for us as listeners. I never get bored with his vocals the way I do with singers who sing everything the same way.

I think he sounds best on Bounce. It's true that he has matured a lot.......and he really can sing different styles. The vocals on songs such as "You Had Me From Hello".. "Undivided".."Everyday"...."The Distance".."Love Me Back To Life"..and more are amazing. I think Jon began to mature around the New Jersey/Keep The Faith times...and he began to sound better and better. These Days has great vocals, and they're just fun to listen to.

Bounce is my favorite though, and I really think he sounds best on it.

I thought it was out of farenheit, KTF, and Bounce, but i went for farenheit because of songs like the hardest part is the night and the price of love

I went for KTF. On this album thereīs a huge fariety of song-styles, and Jonīs voice just seems to fit every song perfectly.

I chose īThese Daysī because Jonīs voice is so soft and smooth. Itīs a pleasure to hear him sing songs on this record.
