Lets face it. It's not about trademark infringement (OMG!) - its about being a tool. It's kind of ironic as BJ has evolved into a Springsteen tribute band themselves - except they need outside song doctors to help them write their hits. These are guys ripping their fans off by selling tickets on the secondary market (see the WSJ article) - with 'no comment'. When Springsteen found out Ticketmaster was pulling this on him he went very public and very ballistic.
