Well anyone who considers them a hairband now is seriously deluded. As for the rock and roll hall of fame - theres always next time.

They were hairbands at one point. It's a shame that 'hairbands' have negative connotations.

Yeah they were at one point but the label has been a weight for years.

I do find it somewhat unfair that no mention ever gets made by critics that Bono used to have a mullet, whereas hair is always the first, middle, and last thing mentioned in a Bon Jovi article

I hope they laugh all the way to the bank. Seriously, who would consider them a hairband these days? In my opinion they did what they had to do for the times they started in. If anyone remembers or cares - Dylan started out as a "folkie" since that's what was popular then.

Personally I think the RR HOF will come - and if it doesn't - there are better bands than Bon Jovi who have been snubbed
