I dont get ABC2 as I dont have a digital set top box so I missed it. I will still get the DVD - do I have to buy another album to get the DVD or can I buy it separately?

You'll have to buy it with the CD. It might also come with the Blu-Ray version of the Madison Square Garden show, I'm not 100% sure.

Yeah, it does. With 3 added scenes that aren't on the cd version.
