was it taken off the show that was released on vhs or what?

I don't have it open in front of me, but I think they just used the soundcheck/prep time for the evening with show as the set for the video. You can see the seats are empty, if I recall.

And I don't know if we're "Stuck with" anything. They brought it back after a decade, fairly randomly, and we're complaining about it?

on the subject of xmas however, anyone know who plays guitar on 'please come home for christmas'? is it richie? i'm sure i heard from somewhere that sambora played the end solo but becasue neither dave nor tico featured it never went down as a band song?
