Default Dear Jon...

We realise that you have a tough life. You make millions of dollars a year and play a live gig to 15000 people (something people can only dream about) every 2nd night, while having the other night off. We realise this can be very stressfull, so we realise it may be SLIGHTLY too much to ask a few favors.

Looking at songs they said they rehearsed and songs they played on the LH tour, these songs could all be played that many wouldnt mind (or be happy that the set was ACTUALLY changed. But at a general concensus, I am fairly sure that the majority of the people here would be happy with ONE (Lets not get ahead of ourselves here) of these songs:

Always
Any Other Day
Blaze Of Glory
Blood Money
Brokenpromiseland
Damned
Diamond Ring
Dry County
Get Ready
Hardest Part Is The Night
Hey God
Ill Be There For You
I Believe
In These Arms
Just Older
Last Man Standing
Lay Your Hands On Me
Little Bit Of Soul
Living In Sin
Never Say Goodbye
Only Lonely
Roulette
Shot Through The Heart
These Days
This Radio Saved My Life Tonight
Tokyo Road

Some of these songs have already been performed on this tour! Awesome! Progress. And yes, we realise that a TD song is a staple. Progress as well. But in my opinion, this tour is worse. There have been 3 shows in a row with the EXACT same setlist. (right, night one and two had Bad Med and FAITH switched up and LH was removed on the 3rd night... which honestly is only shortening the set from the previous night) But the point is that you could switch it up. EVEN IF you included other songs that we KNOW you can play like Sleep, HAND, Raise Your Hands, Runaway or Whole Lotta Leavin. AT LEAST CHANGE SOMETHING

And about the so called "production" excuse:
What the **** ever happened to playing stick to your guns on the spot like you did in 2008? That didnt need any ****ing production. Just two acoustic guitars. That is more magic than any special effect could EVER create.

We realise you have a difficult life and realise you probably miss your family. But after you made a PROMISE to the WORLD (you didnt just tell two kids on the block and then fibbed about it... you told it to EVERYONE) that two rare(er) songs were going to be added and that the setlist was going to be changed, you made me lose a lot of faith in you. I mean, what the blazing **** is going through your head when you suddenly decide to break your promise? I only feel sorry for the fans that attended that gig.

As for prices.... well, I don't really care so much about that. (Well I do, but it really is no use arguing over) But at least give us our moneys worth. The setlists over the past 6 or 7 nights have been slowly shrinking in size. WHY?

And this comes to the point as danfan said. I may sell my tickets to Winnipeg and and Edmonton if this continues. (What's the point of PAYING money to travel and for accomidations for something I could merrily record and listen to at home for FREE) I really don't care for seing the exact same show 3 times.

I realise most of you are sick and tired about the bitching, but I have had enough.

Jon admits he is a liar after all.

I would die happy if I saw Living in Sin live!!!

Love your setlist. Get rid of everything else and just play those Though you still have to keep LOAP.

it wasnt a setlist. This is a list of songs that COULD be played because we know they can. Like I said, the majority of JT would be happy (right now) with one of those songs.

I know, but I would love them all to be played so it makes a great set list to me

Apparently a much shorter letter would have an effect on Jon.

I got the letter you left under my door
Knocked me on my ass to the floor
Never knew two words could take such a bite
It said, “Dear Jon, Hello. Goodbye.”
