I only did one, I apologise and I thought it was important, cause it's definitely important to me. As far as Bang A Drum goes, I agree, it's ridiculous - creating a thread in the sake of creating a thread.

I don't think it really harms anyone. Some people just want someone's opinion on a certain song. If we made an "Opinions on songs from people wanting it from other people" thread then there would be a lot of discussions going on at once and some songs might get lost in the middle of everything.

It's not like this board demands less traffic anyway, it's slow enough as it is, if you don't like 'em I guess your best solution is to ignore them.

I don't see what the big deal is. I have a simple philosophy of not clicking on a thread if I'm not interested in it, and I do enjoy discussing the opinions on certain songs.

It ain't bad at all I think to make a thread on a certain song or two in a while. What it's bad is creating 20 threads in a few minutes writting nothing but "that's decent" and making a thread just so there'd be the whole album.

Now my suggestion:
I think it would make sense to make a specific topic, called "Bon Jovi releases". It should be separated from general BJ discussion and would automaticly include threads for every song and every album the band, Jon, Richie and David. Whad do you think?

I don't really see the point of that. That's what general discussion is for.
Again, I don't see why this is a problem. If a thread doesn't interest you, don't open it. You can click on the little emblem next to each forums name on the main page to mark them as read, that way you'll clear them from being unread.
