Song Survivor - Grand Final
Well it has finally come down to this. Arguably sixteen of the greatest Bon Jovi songs remain, in what started out with around 150. We narrowed it down to 48 songs in the semi finals, and now we are left with just 16.
It's been an unpredictable game at times, with songs like Hey God, Bed of Roses and My Guitar not even making it to the final 48. There were also some surprising support for songs who had never been too popular in the past, such as I Am which finished #1 in the HAND round. But as already mentioned, we are now down to the final 16. Here is how it will work. Each song is going to start with 70 points. You may only vote once six other people have voted since your last vote. Voting values will be... - 10 Points for the first 4 songs - 20 Points for the next 4 songs - 30 Points for the next 4 songs - 40 Points for the final 4 songs - 50 Points for the final 2 songs Obviously, these values can change throughout the game if it is going a little too slow or too fast. So without any more delay, here is the grand final line up! Blood on Blood (70) Keep The Faith (70) Wanted Dead or Alive (70) This Ain't a Love Song (70) Always (70) The Radio Saved My life Tonight (70) I Believe (70) Livin' on a Prayer (70) Dry County (70) Something to Believe In (70) Never Say Goodbye (70) These Days (70) Love's the Only Rule (70) Someday I'll Be Saturday Night (70) (It's Hard) Letting You Go (70) Wild is the Wind (70) We ended up with all four These Days semi finalists making it to the Grand Final, while three from both Slippery and Faith made it. Two made it from New Jersey, along with the two singles from Cross Road. And 1 song from both the Box Set and The Circle also managed to squeeze in. It should be noted that no pre-Slippery songs made it through, while Love's the Only Rule is the only post-2000 song to make it. This is the Grand Final... no more qualifying to be done! The song which finishes #1 in this group will be crowned the sole Song Survivor (  )All the best with your favourites! Get voting! ------------------------ As a side note, unfortunately I will be away in Sydney for most of this, so I have left milomom (Terri) in charge of changing the voting values if the need be.
