...how those songs that are faded on record actually finished? I'm thinking the ones with the outro jams, i.e.:

Dry County
Always
Little Bit of Soul
Someday I'll Be Saturday Night
Hearts Breaking Even
If That's What It Takes

I imagine some of the band's most imaginative and creative playing comes in those moments where they're free to just let loose and would kill to hear the original masters.

I really REALLY would like to hear the end of Runaway. You can kinda hear a little guitar solo thing at the end right before it fades out.

Same, although it sounds very similar to what you'd hear live, so maybe live it is played how the song actually finishes.

Yeah I've wondered this with many bands to be honest, not just Bon Jovi. I think many of them just repeat the chorus to fade, like with Prayer, but there are a few songs where Richie is playing some really cool liicks and I always wanna know what he went on to. I bet he could have gone into another really cool solo or something.

The only songs I've really wondered that with have been 'If That's What It Takes' and, to a lesser degree, 'Dry County'.

ITWIT is just still so full of energy when they hit the fade so I think that's why it stands out to me as a song that could just go on and on and on and......

It would be cool to hear how they did end though and how much they removed for the final studio cuts.
