When the boys were in Regina the other night they met a couple backstage who named their newborn son Jovi! My question is, do you love the band THAT much?

Heh, I seem to recall Erik chucking a spazz at me when he thought I was serious about calling my kid Obi-Wan (Rest assured that if I went down the "Kenobi" route in naming a kid, I'd go with Ben
).If I do ever have kids, I reckon they could end up being named after band members or footballers or even fictional characters, but not in a way that's inextricably linked to the reference. Apart from pre-empting who they are before they have a chance to figure it out themselves, I wouldn't want to give other kids more ammunition than I needed to. That baby isn't the first kid called Jovi either. Has the band tried to meet all the others?

I wouldn't give my kid any name related to the band tbh but my mum has a friend in the school she works in who called her daughter Jovi as well. Some crazy folk out there!
