Customer: “Why can I not have the cap to this!?”

Me: “It’s policy that we can’t give them to you. People used to throw full bottles onto the field and stages during events and it’s a safety hazard for the performers, athletes, and other members of the audience.”

I know that this was gonna pop up sooner or later sometime in this thread. He deserves it. He screwed up the words "Bon" and "Jovi" at the Grammys.

The idea appeals but I don't think I'd get close enough!!

I did see that woman - I think it was on the Madison Square Garden DVD, she races up to the stage and flings herself around Jon and the poor bastard can't get her off.
