My dad was so sweet tonight he called from Vegas to tell me it was on....he seems to think the pond is just a little lake and we get the same tv wish we did.

Weird though he was watching the protester in london on sky tv !

Nothing too special yet. Jon did admit that Who Says only is known in the USA, which was kinda funny. And Larry King is full of cheesy phrases for entering the commercial. Jon does seem in a good mood, though. And he looks like he did in 2000-01.

He also admitted that he sucks at guitar.

He just said South Africa and Israel will be on this tour, so evidently there are still dates to be announced.

Some of things talked about were new to me. I enjoyed the Moscow Festival story about his entrance to Blood On Blood. The sports view of the band can be a bit irritating. I couldn't believe he said Taylor Swift is the real deal.

There were a couple of things that stuck out for me. One was where he said that he'd had the same band since 1983, "We lost the bass player because he quit the business. And for no other, you know, real reason." I thought Jon fired Alec due to him making too many mistakes on stage and Jon not thinking he was up to snuff musically. Jon has also referenced Alec's drug use in old interviews.

Another thing was when he said that the WWWB documentary was played at a few film festivals and he implied that it was his choice that it wasn't released theatrically. He said, "I probably was partially afraid to release it because it was so honest. " I thought that it had been introduced and promoted at the Tribeca Film Festival but didn't get a distributor and that was why it wasn't seen in theaters--so it ended up being part of the WWWB cd release package that people bought. [I've always wondered how the recent "One Night With Bon Jovi" theatrical release did. It seems like several bloggers mentioned sparse attendance in the theaters they went to although the fans that attended seemed to have a great time. Has any attendance figures or ticket sales information been released?]

I am watching as we speak as it's on cnn international today .... I am enjoying to be able to watch somehting on my TV too FOR THAT I AM HAPPY THIS TOUR .... CNN heroes ama this and the europe mtv .. we got them TOO that's great but the show itself it's for me the same ole same ole that includes what jon says as his truth but that is not THE TRUTH the WWWB documentary story and the ALEC quitting are an example of that typical JBJ ... he is like that he says what is convenient for him and for his image ...but the show is OK I had time I would have slapped him but this program is IK he says his usual material to sell but well that ok ...

now we enter the project home part ... for me it's the part that irks me honestly because to USE THAT to work on his image is bad in my book yesterday today and tomorrow ....
oh oh the restaurant .... robin hood .. an idea he got on the evening news he should just watch tv more often unfortunatley those exists for YEARS

it's very nice of him to have a restaurant with food for those who cannot eat at restaurant ....but ... but ... one day a week with reservation by phone .. that sounds totally weird to me

I only saw the last 10 minutes of the interivew but did hear Jon mention shows in Israel and South Africa!! I liked what I heard he seemed relaxed. I'm glad I have it on DVR to watch.
