The interview wasn't very long. He talked about doing the show at Times Square. They showed a bit of the photoshoot from the Everyday video set. They asked about the baby. Jon said his name was Jake and that he was a welcomed third edition. She asked out the other kids handled it and he said they were good with Jake and that they'd asked Jesse if he wanted a little brother or little sister and he said he'd rather have a dog. She asked about American Idol. Jon said he would trust what Randy Jackson said because he had worked with him as a bass player and that Simon was just working his fifteen minutes of fame and was another A&R guy with a lousy opinion.

Those are not exact quotes, but you get the gist of it.

Yeah, I get kind of annoyed when people say Jon was on the radio or TV and all they say is "He looked great" and "He sounded great." Yeah, so... we know that already. What did he SAY? LOL
