Default MSG 2008 - Soundboard CD?

Is anyone aware of a good place to find this? I assume it's got to be out there since the show was released on Blu-ray and DVD.

Thanks.

I have the Blu-ray, but my PC doesn't have a Blu-ray drive.

These days you can buy an internal blu-ray drive for less than $50.00.

Maybe a silly question as I know the dvd is a mixture of 2 nights, but, where would be the best place to slot in the songs relegated to extras on the dvd, to make a complete concert (with an edited bad medicine)?

I tried looking at the setlists for both nights, but not knowing which songs are from which nights, can't work out where they should slot in.

Anybody help please?
