Tours aside, Bobby did play on some demos and had a hand with some studio tracks....but he was more of a JBJ solo / charity rhythm guitar player... Although he did tour for 10 years with Bon Jovi, as did Alec, I never took Bobby for anything more than just a long term Everette Bradley within Bon Jovi...

Phil is the lead guitar player now and will probably end out Jon's career within the next ten years... He's been Jon's life support for a few tours and even earned his strips very quickly, earning a medallion...

I say Yes to Phi and No to Bobby...

If they do have all the above on stage, I would hope for something spectacular... Like 2 guitar monsters going nuts, Alec hitting high notes and bringing that falsetto back to the band... Like classic Bon Jovi on steroids...

They probably won't even get in but one could dream...
I think this should be in the post Rock n Roll Hall fame. My answer:

Do something very simple, play Prayer and Wanted with the original lineup, and then maybe some jam session of Travelling Band with everyone (Hugh, Phil X and Bobby included + some guest artist like Steven Van Zandt and Elton John).
