My brother was due to move back to the BVI the week after Irma... nothing left to move back to at the moment. Holed up in Anguilla, which escaped

Thanks! Things are moving at a very slow pace, slower than everybody thought, some corruption is to blame for sure. Sucky government deals and the infrastructure not being well maintained has a lot to do with that. The sad thing is that for a lot of people there really is no choice but to get somewhat accustomed to this new reality until they get around to it. Some places might not even get their power back on until the second half of next year if what they say is true.
