Universal Music/BMG/Waner are provided here by Sony Music more than a 80% of the international artists had been left out (I don't know if this is the right way to say it) We used to have a local Service called Deezer but because of the low interest from people to use it, even when it costed 0.03 USD. I think the big point is that a company from government controls all the copyright in India, so I think the costs for bringing services like the one you mentioned were not worthy with the high costs for copyright (I don't know if this is the right way to say it again).
When you go to a record store (there only 3), the 90% is full of local artists. in a corner, you may find international artists, you could request some albums if are not available.
I'm really pushing my parents to move out from India, there is a chance for me to get a scholarship into my college and if that happens we will move to London. until now it is just a dream

By the way, you can find almost all Bon Jovi audio CDs on AMAZON.IN with next day delivery! The prices are the same [for most] as they were back in the day when physical copies were a thing. Some are obviously priced about 8-10 times the usual price, but I'm sure you can get deliveries from ebay.com for the usual price or at a slight premium.
