In the VH1 site when they talk about the rules to enter the contest, they say the winner will be flown to Barcelona to start the European gig, so I think it's confirmed.YYYYYEEEEEEAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!
About time!!!!  The European tour starts in Barcelona and the end is London
