Default Richie Clapton??!

hiya i was having a look throught the metal-sludge.com website and found this in an interview with Stuart Smith from a band Heaveb & Earth. when asked to rate a number of guitarists out of 10 he said:

Richie Sambora = 10 + Great person, singer and guitarist. I think with Richie's voice and playing ability if he concentrated on his own stuff he could be the next Clapton, I'd call him the most soulful white man alive.

pretty good praise!!

of course the fact that hes heather' sister's ex-husband has nothing to do with it!

this has already been posted on bj.com but its still a good article:

Finally, others are starting to see what we all already know.

That was great. I've read it before, but it's good none the less.

"Jon goes to introduce the band. He says, 'On the bass...Uh, some guy we'll never let be in the band. Don't forget to break down the stage tonight, Hugh.'"
