Why on Earth was this song NOT released as a single/video? It's such an amazing song! Jon sings his ass off! I believe that it was voted the best song on BOG in a recent Dry County poll beating out the title track. So I'm obviously not alone in thinking how great a song it is. "Miracle" is a great song but I think "Santa Fe" would have made a better single IMO.

some of the songs on blaze of glory are rather boring! but their are some great tracks on it as well for exampel SANTA FE, Miracle, bang a drum and so on.

I think it wasn't released because Jon just wanted to get out of the spotlight for a while. He has said more than once that it's his favorite from the CD. He said it was a shame that a lot of people didn't understand it and even called it one of his favorite songs that he's written several years after the fact.

I think it's a shame it wasn't in the movie!

I also really like Santa Fe and I agree it should have been released as a single, it's far better than miracle.
