Looks like a short cut. Is there a paper clip or something inside the keyboard, under the keys? Clean the thing anyway. And if that doesn't help the keyboard may be faulty. Are you using a regular keyboard or a laptop? In either case try another keyboard to see if the problem is with the computer or the keyboard.

No - it works fine now... I don't know what was wrong with it last night...

Oops - I just rememered I poured a very little (but still some) cider on the keyboard last night... I suppose it wasn't impressed then

But anyway working now, so don't fix it if it ain't broke!

Thanks Ice

That's the short cut. You might want to clean it sometime when the computer is turned off. Unhook the keyboard, take the actual keys out (there's some springs underneath, don't loose them) and just wipe the cider off with a damp cloth. You might use some soap or something, just remember to clean it properly afterwards. Ohterwise the cider will gather dust and other shit and cause problems.

Oh, and can I guess? You poured it over the lower left hand side of the keyboard?

I will only have time to do it in 2 weeks I tried to wipe some but obviously not very carefully oh well... I'll see if it stops working, or something. Maybe I'll clean it 2 weeks from now, but it sounds a lot of work... And the springs etc sound like something I could maybe make a potential mess with
