you will be suprised how many people havnt mate, was talking to a girl in Oz who i have spoken to for about 1.5/2 years or summet and she is 21 and never seen snow, i was so shocked the first time, i thought she was joking but then other people start saying it too its not uncommon at all, we take it for granted
