I know what some users mean when they say scrolling down is taking much longer than what it used to on JT2. But you have to bare in mind that Users names, avatars etc are now on TOP of each post (rather than on the right) so it just makes posts that little bit longer on JT3.

If they are to be used perhaps banner ones would be better, so they could be up to 800 wide (which I guess is the format) but only 100 high

Which is even more reason not have signatures which are 250px high

Like already mentioned, those who do not wish to see them, can disable them in their Control Panel

Text ones are generally fine though, perhaps it could be set to view only signatures as text and not images

I agree with the majority here, sig pics dont really go with the new format of the board IMO. I wouldnt mind at all if they were disabled altogether
