Mine was a wedding present from my Mother in 1968 - yes I've been married that long. I drove it daily until 1990 when I moved back to New Jersey from California. I sold it then rather than move it - it needed a lot of work. After a few years here, I was really regretting that decision. I started going to muscle car shows just to drool over the cars lol. In 1998, my husband bought this one for me as a 30th anniversary present. Now this is a man who understands me The body was in very good shape but the engine was a mess. So we have spent many happy evenings rebuilding the big block from the ground up. Spring is almost here in New Jersey. As soon as the salt is off the roads - this car comes out to play.
