Bon Jovi Circle Tour review: Winnipeg Canad Inns Stadium July 17 |

The Examiner review
Although thunderclouds loomed over the Canada Inns Stadium a good portion of the evening, it did not dampen the spirits of the 40,000+ largely female faithful who showed up to spend the evening with Bon Jovi in Winnipeg last night.
The evening kicked off with a fine performance by local artist Sierra Noble followed by the sweaty redneck raunch of Kid Rock.
Bon Jovi's show started with a full length shot of the band members in silhouette from their album "The Circle" flashed against the massive stage video screens. The lights dimmed; the crowd roared; and the silhouetted shapes begin walking forward, followed by another huge cheer when the actual band members hit the stage - the biggest cheer reserved for Jon Bon Jovi who walked on last.
The Jersey rockers wasted no time with patter, quickly kicking off the set with "Blood on Blood" from 1988's New Jersey, immediately followed by fan singalong favorites "We Weren't Born to Follow" and "You Give Love a Bad Name."
