Bon Jovi, U2, Eminem and The Beatles have joined Canada's platinum club, according to the Canadian Recording Industry Association's November platinum and gold certifications.

Bon Jovi's best-of collection "Crossroads" led the way with a diamond certification for one million units shipped to stores. It was followed closely by the MuchMusic-sponsored compilation "Big Shiny Tunes 4," which received an eight-times platinum certification, signifying shipment of 800,000 copies.

In Canada, platinum status is awarded to an album for every 100,000 copies shipped to record stores.
