13 February 2003 - Atlanta, GA, USA Concert Review 14 February 2003
Another Amazing Atlanta Show

A review by TNT / toddandteresa@juno.com

My wife and I are Bon Jovi concert veterens. We have seen every show in Atlanta from when we here dating in 1987 enjoying the "Slippery When Wet" tour to the 2001 "One Wild Night" show (with a bun in the oven) to last nights incredible "Bounce" show. Every show we have seen has been spectacular and last night was no exception. The show was close to perfect. Great opening act in the Goo Goo Dolls, excellent stage setup, incredible sound, unbeatable performance. The only minor complaints I have is a lack of songs from my favorite album, These Days. And I felt the flow of the show could have been a little bit better. This was due to the massive amount of new songs they did. I will post a setlist as soon as I can think straight, but after the show I counted seven new songs played: Undivided, Everyday, The Distance, Misunderstood, Right Side of Wrong, Hook Me Up, and Bounce which started the show! I agree with all the other reviews, Richie on "I'll be there for you" was awesome. I'm glad that I had not read these reviews before the show. That was a great surprise. Other changes for this show included doing "Wanted Dead or Alive" in the middle of the set and dedicating it to Michael Vick of the Atlanta Falcons. One final note, Jon had the ultimate line near the end of the show that cracked everyone up including Richie. Jon went over to one of the special areas on the side of the stage and the girls mauled him of course. He said, "Justin Timberlake, eat your heart out." Then said, "Yeah, I still got it. I still got it." It was great. Richie about lost it. Oh well, fairwell for now. I'll try to post the setlist if no one else does. E-mail me if you have pictures of the show!
