30 June 2001 - München (Munich), Germany Concert Review 1 July 2001
Spectacular!

A review by Dinko Verzi / dinkoverzi@hotmail.com

Gotthard, the 1st pre-band was very good - they know how to rock the world. They were a great band to warm up the crowd. The 2nd band, Stereophonics, showed a poor, halfhearted performance. They were just mechanically going through a their songs and could not elicit any emotions

Bon Jovi then showed how it's done! They played every song with full heart! The concert was absolutely spectacular! They played for 2:30 hours and performed mostly older songs, just a few from the "Crush" album. Jon's voice was in superb shape - during "Bad Medicine" he pulled off some long lasting voice solos!! Truly amazing!
Then halfway through "Wanted Dead Or Alive" it began pouring form the sky! But that didn't stop anybody, the atmosphere became even better! The crowd was totally into it, and the band was enjoying it, too. It seemed that they were about to finish up, but then they gathered around and decided to add another encore, "I'll be there for you"!
Just a kick-ass rock'n'roll show!
