I'm certain Jon can still lower the bar. Just give the guy a chance

Well, I haven't posted here in many years but I'm headed from Denver to Omaha to see the show tomorrow. It will be my first time seeing a "first show" of the tour since the last THINFS leg started in Denver. Just bought my ticket yesterday as they re-released some of the VIP tickets as standard admission. I'll be in the 3rd row on the floor. Just looking forward to the show and going to have a good time, knowing it will be one of the last (if not the last) time I'll ever get to see Bon Jovi live.

Have a blast! Getting tickets to this tour was pretty awesome. For St. Paul I'll be in 118 row 3 (basically the best lowers in the house) and it set me back $99 each (bought at box office so no fees). That's less than what I've paid for really good seats since 2003, not even adjusting for inflation. That's probably related to the product on stage, but I'll take the victories where I can get them.

I won't peak at the setlist from Omaha but I hope we'll be in for a few surprises and Jon will at least be energetic and excited to be on stage again after a long break. I'm definitely pumped for Sunday, there probably won't be many more times where I'll have a Bon Jovi concert to look forward to, even if they aren't what they were 10 years ago.

So, it's april 1st and yet no topic has been launched about today's show?
The classic 'predictions, comments, ... ' per show.

I checked ticketmaster yesterday and, indeed, a considerable amount of tickets are still for sale. Omaha is kind of sold out, but the next few days are far from it. I guess the good news is that those who hold tickets will probably get upgraded seats. Those who still want to buy will be able to purchase with a discount and perhaps there will be last minute giveaways?

I only hope it will not influence the energy of the performance. JBJ hasn't seen a lot of unsold-out venues in his career and he still has orange seats in his studio which were seats from a place where they played during the KTF or TD tour and which was far from sold out. Jon hated the view of these empty seats and bought ( or obtained ) a few of those seats to remind him about those unsold-seats and how he never wanted to see that anymore.

I'm afraid that image will be back for the guys.

The differences in sales across locations is pretty noticeable. Omaha is basically sold out, whilst Savannah is closer to only half sold than sold out. Weird.

I'm wondering if one or two really poorly selling shows might be cancelled for "logistical reasons"...
